Cork, Ireland

Practical cybersecurity support for Irish small businesses.

IT Security Cork combines enterprise-scale security experience with a local, straightforward approach built for SMEs.

I'm Billy O'Sullivan, a cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience across security operations, endpoint security, incident response, and governance. I hold an M.Sc. in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation from University College Dublin (First Class Honours) and a background in Electronic Engineering.

My background includes enterprise endpoint security and governance in large environments, but IT Security Cork is focused on helping smaller Irish businesses benefit from that experience in a practical and understandable way.

Pulse was created to give Irish SMEs clearer visibility into security health across their Windows devices, along with reporting and guidance that helps them understand what needs attention.

Alongside the Pulse service, this site also includes free tools, downloadable guides, weekly cyber news, and honeypot-driven threat observations to make practical security knowledge more accessible.
